If you change your mind about your order or have any questions, you can always email the Hu2 team. Whenever getting in touch about your order, just try and remember one little detail… order reference! The sooner we get your unique reference number, the better – this helps us find your order in a quick and easy way.
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! If you want to return your Hu2 order, please let us know within seven days of receiving your order and we'll help you out.
If you feel like your Hu2 product isn't what you were looking for, and you would like to return it to us, just send it back to the address listed below. We will exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card, or PayPal account, of the person who originally paid for the order. We're always looking for feedback, so if you want to let us the reason why it's not right for you, just drop us an email or message us on Facebook.
If you return a product to us, please remember the importance of keeping the items in a re-saleable condition. Hu2 Tip: keep all original packaging and labels for your unused product. Please also wrap the items securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
Your refund will be processed within 7 days from when we receive your return. If after this time you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email the Hu2 team immediately so that we can arrange a replacement.
We cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result, so if you're buying in currencies other than EUR, GBP and USD, please keep this in mind.
