POSTAGE & PACKING

A shipping fee will be automatically calculated depending on the country chosen for delivery. You can get an estimated quote before placing your order on the check out page.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Orders can either be shipped via La Poste Airmail service ( non tracked but delivery confirmed ) or DHL ( fully tracked service ).

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 12 working days for any delivery outside Europe.

If your order has not been delivered within three (3) weeks after the day you have placed your order, we will require two (2) month period before we send you a new order as the inital parcel can be returned back to our warehouse based in Paris.

REMEMBER: All our products are manufatured by hand by our lovely team and some orders can be longer to process.
