EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us at hello [at] hu2 [dot] com immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. Hu2 Design cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

Hu2 Design cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

A shipping fee will be automatically calculated depending on the country of delivery. Before your purchase, you can get an estimated quote before placing your order on the check out page.

DELIVERY TIME

Our products are handcrafted in our warehouse and not produced massively in a cheap country. We do our best to prepare and ship all orders on time. So please allow between 5 to 11 working days for delivery using La Poste Airmail service, depending on the country of delivery, and product availability.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All our products are hand manufacture in our London warehouse and Paris warehouse. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted via our Paypal or RBS WorldPay systems.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, VISA, Delta and American Express.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If the product is damaged when delivered, please return it in the packaging in the state it was received and we will send a replacement. You can cancel orders within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
